About

A bit about me

I've been building production frontends since April 2024. In that time, I've worked on ERP systems, admin dashboards, and tools where the UI has to handle real complexity — deep forms, role-based access, multi-step workflows, and large datasets.

My approach is straightforward: understand the problem, design the architecture, then write code that's maintainable and doesn't fall apart when requirements change. I care about component reusability, consistent design systems, and making sure the people using the software can actually get their work done.

Most of my work has been in React and Next.js with TypeScript. I've built with shadcn-style design systems extensively and prefer working in environments where the frontend is taken seriously — not just an afterthought.

Work

Things I've built

Most of my work is for companies and clients. For the projects I'm allowed to share, I've put together detailed case studies with screenshots, feature breakdowns, and context at work.akinurrahman.com.

ERP HR System

Client

A comprehensive human resource management system handling employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and organizational hierarchy etc. Built the entire frontend with complex multi-step forms and role-based access control.

ReactTypeScriptTailwind CSSREST APIRole-Based Access

College / School ERP

Client

An institution management platform covering student enrollment, course scheduling, grade management, and administrative workflows. Designed reusable table components and filter systems for handling thousands of student records.

Next.jsTypeScriptData TablesComplex Forms

Embeddable AI Chat Widget

Client

A multi-tenant AI chat widget platform that third-party clients can embed into any website with a single script tag. Built with iframe isolation, public key authentication, short-lived token management, and a fully customizable UI controlled from an admin panel.

Next.jsTypeScriptZustandReact Queryiframe

Admin Panels & Dashboards

Client

Multiple internal admin tools built for different clients — analytics dashboards, content management systems, and operational control panels. Each one tailored to specific business workflows.

What I Build

ERP & Admin Systems

I spend most of my time building ERP frontends — HR modules, school management systems, dashboards with deep role-based access. I know how to handle the UI complexity that comes with these systems.

Complex UI States

Multi-step forms, editable data tables, conditional workflows, and nested modals. I build interfaces that stay manageable even when the business logic gets heavy.

Frontend Architecture

I care about how code is organized. Reusable components, clean folder structures, consistent patterns — things that make a codebase easier to work with six months from now.

As CEO of Techindika, I've had the chance to work with Akinur on some of our most demanding ERP engagements, and he has consistently delivered above expectation.

Akinur is a frontend-focused full-stack developer who actually owns the work end-to-end. He has independently delivered full frontends for multi-tenant ERP platforms at Techindika, the kind of projects where requirements shift, workflows are dense, and a weak frontend will sink the entire product. He turns those complex workflows into interfaces that admins and employees can genuinely use, which is a much rarer skill than it sounds.

His stack is solid — Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB — and he applies it with judgement, not just fluency. He thinks about state, performance, and developer ergonomics, and he ships clean code that the next engineer will thank him for.

What I value most as his manager is that he can be trusted with hard problems and given space to run with them. He's still early in his career, but he already operates with the ownership of a much more senior engineer.

I recommend Akinur with confidence. Any team that gives him a real problem to solve will see exactly what I mean.

"Working with Akinur was straightforward. He writes code that other developers can pick up and extend without headaches. His component architecture saved us weeks of work on later features."
